I forgot my password / how can I reset my password?
When I try to enter my credit card number, it says that the expiration date is invalid.
When I try to start my subscription again, it says that my email address is already registered.

Whenever I click on a link, your website logs me out of my account.
I forgot my password / how can I reset my password?
To reset your password, go to the Login page. On the login page you will find a link below the username and password fields that will allow you to reset your password. By clicking this link and then providing your email address on the proceeding page, you will be emailed a new password for your account.

The most common issue with this error is that the expiration date must be entered in the format mm yyyy, ie. if your credit card expiration date was February 2010, the date must be entered as 02 2010.

If you have been a subscriber in the past, your user record still exists in our system. To reactivate your account, login with your exising email/username and password. If you cannot remember your password, please use the password reset feature on the login page (see above).
To change your password (you must be logged in), visit the Account page via the link in the top right corner of the page. Complete the fields "Password" and "Confirm Password," then click Save.
How do I change my credit card on file?
To change the credit card that you keep on file (you must be logged in), visit the Account page via the link in the top right corner of the page. Click the checkbox labeled "Update Billing Info." Complete the required fields to update your credit card, then click Save.
My credit card was declined, how can I reactivate my account?
For a variety of reasons, recurring credit card transactions may be declined (expired card, insufficient funds, etc.). If you should receive a notice that your credit card transaction has been declined, please login to our website as you normally do. Once you login, you will be prompted to provide updated payment information. NOTE: For security reasons, we cannot "re-run" your or update the information through email. Please login and change the information from your online access.

If you cannot stay logged into our website or if it seems that the "remember me" box at login does not work, there is likely an issue with your web browser and how it handles cookies. Please be sure that the settings in your browser accepts cookies.
